Welcome to our website and thanks for spending time on reading all the information we provide here on this website. In this “About Us” session we would like to let you know about some relevant things that you should know before coming to the main point. 

The first thing we want to explain here is about the reason why we must have a legal company. The national regulation was made for travel agencies all around Indonesia to prove that they are an authorized travel company that was created under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. It means that all official travel bureaus in Indonesia must be registered and it should also be working under the authority of the Association of Indonesia Travel Agency (ASITA) which has the supreme right to take control over all the tour and travel activities in Indonesia.

WHY IS OBLIGATORY? 

The reason is that all registered travel companies have to pay tax to the government compared to other unregistered travel businesses that pay nothing to the government. So, if someone goes on a guided tour organized by an unregistered organization, that person may face problems and may have to pay a fine.

So, what do you think is the better way? Taking the risk of paying a fine to the police or better go on a guided tour with an official tour operator? Don’t you think that your trip was prepared for your holiday and that your money should make your trip enjoyable?  It is up to you, but we always offer you the best solution that will not disturb your time and money in the end. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

There are lots of ridiculous things that happened to other travelers before. But most of them did not want to look stupid by telling the truth to other travelers. Partly because some people would think it is necessary to let other travelers know or at least they could warn other travelers to be careful in taking a private tour with unregistered local tour operators or individual ones who claim  be local tour organizer or guides. So, if you are a “good bargainer” but are not satisfied with their service, then do not accuse if you only get an answer like sorry but “You Get What You Pay“. But if you are going on our guided tour, you will certainly get an answer like “You Pay What You Get”  which means that you are satisfied with our service. However, as a matter of fact, the rough guides and drivers usually like the good bargainers, as they usually charge you more while you are on the go and you will be faced with a ridiculous question like, “Do you want to pay more or otherwise just leave you in the middle of nowhere”. These kind of people are mostly website – based businesses who are not in the list with official tour organizers or we also call them wild guides and drivers. 

Therefore, as an authorized tour organizer who owns all the approval documents, we must prove to our customers that we are qualified and we will work for you with high dedication and responsibility. For this reason, in the “Legal basis” section below, we include all the approval documents for your reference and consideration before making a deal.

Our company is based on various approval documents to establish a company authorized by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under registration number AHU. 0149766 .AH.01.11 .THN.2016 based in Jalan Adisucipto, Kelurahan Waioti, Kecamatan Alok Timur, Kabupaten Sikka, Maumere, Flores, East Nusa Tenggara. And as part of the association we also include a recommendation of the Association of Indonesia Travel Agency on behalf of the Tourism of Art and Culture at the regional level by the local government of the Sikka Regency.

For things that are beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as bad weather that hampers your journey, it’s not our responsibility, but we’re always here to help you find solutions that will keep you feel more and more comfortable.

Our company is officially founded by the well experienced tour guide “Peter Liwu” and is supported by the local government of tourism of art culture that collaborates with local tourism stakeholders who have been for decades involved directly in the tourism field. Our company provides professionals who will help you with useful information in your language spoken (English, Dutch, German, Italian, French, Japanese, Mandarin) and they are also very good at speaking local dialects and know a lot about Flores culture

We always have integrity in every service to all our guests. Courtesy, honesty and concern for all participants and discipline in assignments are always a top priority in our service so that at the end of the trip there is always a deep sense of loss and always wanting to come back to meet again.
